A little more clarity
Yes. A UK limited company needs an appropriate physical registered office in the same UK jurisdiction where it is incorporated. Post must reach the company or someone acting for it, and senders must be able to confirm delivery. A PO box alone is not suitable.
The location can be the same, but you need services covering each intended use. HopeTex’s All in One option combines registered office, director service and business address use. Check the company and director limits before ordering.
HopeTex’s standalone registered office service covers official government correspondence. Choose the business address service, or All in One, for general business mail.
A registered office appears on the public company register. Using a suitable agent address means you do not need to use your home as your registered office. An address change does not automatically remove information already published in historic filings.
A limited company’s website, business letters and order forms must include its registered office address, company number, where it is registered and full limited company name. A marketing address does not replace these registered company details.
Mail scanning and email notifications are included in the listed address services, subject to each plan’s mail allowance. Physical forwarding is charged separately at the courier cost plus a 15% processing fee.
The address services have a one-year contract and annual billing. Review the service details and confirm renewal terms with the team before your subscription ends.
For statutory requirements, see the Companies House address guidance and company disclosure rules.
